AffittoCheck is an AI assistant for a first review of Italian rental contracts. By using the service, you accept these terms and acknowledge the limits of automated analysis.

AffittoCheck is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. The result does not replace advice from a lawyer, consultant, or qualified organization.
Permitted use
You may upload only documents that you have the right to process. The service is intended for Italian rental contracts in text-based PDF or DOCX format.
Result limitations
The AI may miss relevant clauses, misinterpret text, or provide incomplete references. Before signing, challenging, or negotiating a contract, always verify with a professional.
Unsupported files
The service may reject unreadable, oversized, scanned, protected, empty, or incompatible files. Scanned PDFs require OCR and are not supported in the MVP.
Premium payment
Premium is a one-time payment for one report. Checkout is handled by Stripe and AffittoCheck does not store card details. The report remains available temporarily until the analysis expires.
Service availability
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical errors, provider limits, or network issues. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Responsibility
AffittoCheck provides an informational tool. Contract decisions remain the user's responsibility and should be assessed with professional support when needed.
